Summer means both Farmers Markets and u-pick farms. Farmers Markets are in full swing with options almost every day of the week. In July, look for cherries (a short season to start the month), blueberries, and summer raspberries. Lavender season takes off closer to the middle of the month. Sunflower season starts from mid-July to August depending on the varieties that different farms offer.
