There are two varieties of Lavender – English Lavender and French Lavender. English Lavender plants typically bloom first. Followed a week or so later by the French Lavender.

Lavender season is more robust than some fruit picking. Typically, the fields do not ned to close for additional stems to bloom.
What to Bring:
- Dress for the weather. We have picked when it was hot in July and cool in September.
- Gloves may be a good idea to protect your hands
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Water – make sure to stay hydrated
- Pre-Buy your tickets if needed.
- Check with the farm to see if you need to bring your own clippers.
