Trick or Treat on the River Ann Arbor Parks is sponsoring their annual Trick or Treat on the Huron River on Sunday, Oct. 14, between noon and 5 p.m. The event starts at the Gallup Canoe Livery. As you paddle around Gallup Pond there will be costumed creatures handing out treats and candy (be sure to bring a bag). Participants are encouraged to dress in costume.
