State Theater is showing Halaloween: In Flames.
After the death of the family patriarch, a mother and daughter’s precarious existence in Karachi, Pakistan is ripped apart. They must find strength in each other if they are to survive the malevolent human and nonhuman forces that threaten to engulf them.
Halaloween Horror Rating: 3/5 | Rating explanation: Definitely scary. Includes offscreen and some on-screen sexual violence, assault, and masturbation; blood, death, motorcycle accident, patriarchy, haunting, and zombie-ish figures.
