Plymouth Parkway Park Description
Plymouth Parkway Park is a nice small park. With trees to provide shade and a creek for wading, it is a great choice to cool off on a warm summer day. My daughter tried wading in the creek. But even though it was 80 today, we have not had enough warm days yet this spring to warm the water.
On the play structure, my daughter really enjoyed the chain ladder. Of course being 12 she used it to climb onto the structure.
The structure is great for young kids with a low double slide and then a taller slide for older kids. Young kids will also enjoy the “stage” window and putting on a puppet show.
Beyond Plymouth Parkway Park
It is a great park for a picnic. There are also picnic benches available. Cottage Inn, Broadway Cafe, and India Cafe are in a strip mall next to the park offering options for take out (and parking if you are buying food).
