Event Description

Join Hudson Mills MetroPark on the last Friday of each month from June through October for a fun, hands-on nature adventure designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups! Each session introduces a new nature theme through engaging stories, outdoor exploration, and creative activities or crafts. Come ready to explore the outdoors while building early childhood learning and readiness skills. Choose to attend any or all the programs.

Monthly Themes:

June 26 – Incredible Insects
July 31 – Huron River Exploration
August 28 – All About Sun
September 25 – Amazing Adaptations
October 30 – Fall Colors & Leaves

What to Expect:
Programs will be held indoors and outside, weather permitting. The planned path surface is dirt, gravel, grass, or slightly hilly off trail into the woods.

Ages: Children 3 – 6. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. The event is $5/child, adults are free.
