Visitors are invited to experience the richness of Mexico’s cultural landscape through a Ballet Folklórico de Detroit dance performance. BFDetroit is a community based dance ensemble dedicated to the preservation of Mexican cultural dance traditions. Through historically rooted choreography, music, and costumes, each dance illuminates the distinct rhythms, textures, and narratives of Mexico’s diverse regions.
