While we rarely see them, owls in Southeast Michigan are much more common than people realize! Join Lake Erie Metropark to learn about these mysterious birds of the night.
You will hit the trail for a traditional owl prowl and play calls to attract some of these nocturnal birds of prey.
This program is entirely outdoors. The time, approximately 120 minutes, will be spent on a leisurely walk with frequent stops. It will conclude at the Lake Erie Marshlands Museum. The planned path surface is dirt and gravel, mostly flat and level.
For ages 8 & older.
