This hands-on class is designed to help fathers and partners learn to confidently support their loved one through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Two experienced community doulas will guide participants through childbirth basics, comfort measures during labor, newborn and breastfeeding care, and how to recognize postpartum warning signs.
The goal is to equip dads with the knowledge and tools they need to be present, supportive, and empowered–leading to stronger families and better birth outcomes.
