2023-2024 Saline Area Schools Calendar
The first look at the 2023-2024 Saline Area Schools calendar is on their website. This tentative calendar is still subject to approval by the Board of Education.
Saline Schools First Day of Schools for 2023-2024
Saline is starting before Labor Day! This is the first school district in Washtenaw County to announce their start date.
Saline Area Schools Last Day of School 2023-2024
Saline Schools will finish the school year early in 2023-2024. Their last day of school is June 6!
Saline Area Schools Winter Break 2023
Thanksgiving is not included in the county Major Breaks schedule. However, like Ann Arbor Public Schools they have off Wednesday-Friday for Thanksgiving (November 22-24).
Washtenaw Intermediate School District announced the dates for Winter and Spring Break through 2026 for all constituent districts.
Saline’s Winter Break runs from December 23-January 7. The last day of School is December 22 and school returns on January 8.

Spring Break for Saline Area Schools starts after school on March 22. Students return from break on Monday, April 1.

Saline Area Schools Start Date 2022
Saline Area Schools First Day of School is August 29 continuing the pre-Labor Day start that they have used for several years.
Saline Area Schools Last Day of School 2023
Saline Schools last day of school for 2023 is Friday, June 9 – a half-day. The preceding day, Thursday June 8 is also a half-day district wide. The school year can be extended if there are too many snow days or other days where learning is lost. Graduation will be held on Sunday, June 4 at 4p.
