Event Description

The National Register of Historic Places is not what you think it is. Sure, it recognizes historic locations throughout the United States, but there must be more to it, right? There is! Join Lake Erie Metropark to look at the history of historic preservation as well as some properties in Southeast Michigan that have been “listed”. It’s a good thing!

This program is entirely indoors at the Marshlands Museum in the park. You will be seated for most of the 90-minute duration. For ages 8+.

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
