Serendipity Books owner, Michelle Tuplin, will interview Holden, author of Dead Moose on Isle Royale. Hear more about the inspiration behind the book, the rigors of backcountry work in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and Holden’s writing process. The interview will be followed by Q&A from the audience. This event is free and open to the public.

Free copies of the book are available at the libraries while supplies last.  Copies for purchase are available at Serendipity Books in Chelsea.

Dead Moose on Isle Royale was recently honored as a 2026 Michigan Notable Book.
