Join Michigan Master Naturalist & Haehnle Sanctuary Chairman Steve Jerant for an introductory-level birdwatching event. First-time and young birders are encouraged to attend. They will review binocular basics and learn some simple ways to see & hear birds.
Bring binoculars if you have them. Don’t have binoculars? No problem! Jackson Audubon is providing several pairs of binoculars to loan for the walk.
Cost: $2/person or $5/family. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd. in the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea. Program limited to 15 participants
