Tuesday night my daughter was commenting on how interesting she thinks the trampoline cages are…trampolines with enclosures. Then, yesterday someone was telling me about a new indoor trampoline park that opened in Canton recently.
Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park recently opened in Canton, MI. Sky Zone has a massive trampoline surface enclosed by angled trampolines allowing you to bounce off the sides. They have a number of offerings including open jump, toddler time, 3D Dodgeball, and SkyRobics fitness classes. On July 18 they had a special discount for their Facebook fans and are now open to the general public. The first Sky Zone opened in 2004 in Las Vegas and began growing after opening a St Louis location in 2006. Since then the company has been expanding quickly.
The Canton location is currently open 10a-9p Sunday-Friday. On Friday nights from 9-11p they have SkyMania for kids ages 10-15. They are open 10a-10p on Saturday with a special 10p-midnight SkyJam session for those ages 16+. Open Jump is priced in 30 minute intervals that start on the hour and half-hour. Current prices are
- 30 min: $10
- 60 min: $14
- 90 min: 18
- 120 min $20
They are also offering a SkyCamp summer camp with two weeks available. Session #1 is August 6-10 and Session #2 is August 20-24. Both camps are 8:30a-noon and are for kids ages 5-12. The camp costs $180 per child for each session.
I can’t wait to bring my daughter to check it out.
