Event Description

“Ballads of Shorevania” is an innovative music show that combines live acting, a cappella performances, and the captivating storytelling of a Dungeons & Dragons adventure. In this unique format, actors and singers bring to life a fantasy story, reading from a play, performing original songs, and embodying dynamic characters.

Inspired by the question “What if an a cappella ensemble played D&D?” the show seamlessly integrates music into the plot, enhancing key moments with harmony and emotion. At pivotal points in the story, the audience actively participates by voting on decisions that shape the characters’ actions and the direction of the tale. Additionally, audience members may find themselves drawn directly into the narrative, engaging with the characters in lighthearted and spontaneous exchanges. This interactive element ensures that no two performances are ever the same.

Produced by Kyler Wilkins and Alex Mironov.

For teens & adults. Held in 1st Floor Lobby
