Event Description

The Ann Arbor Summer Festival hosts events in the Annex most nights during Top of the Park.

Through games, improvised conversations, and hands-on activities, families will begin building their own “toolkit” of knowledge and coping resources to help them feel stronger and more resilient, no matter what the day brings.

Explore the stations, play games, and ask questions. Together, we can build a community where everyone has the tools to support better mental health for themselves, their kids, their friends, and their neighbors.

Michigan Medicine mental health experts will share practical tips on the topics that matter most to kids and families, including social media, big moods and anxiety, and what to do when more serious mental health concerns arise.
