During First Friday Ypsi, visit the Krampusmrkt Handmade Holiday Bazaar at the Ypsilanti Freighthouse back for its 4th year.

Krampus is a half-goat, half-demon creature from Alpine folklore who punishes those who misbehave during the Christmas season. Krampus and his helpers remind everyone to be good during the holiday season and to exorcise any evil spirits that may be lurking.

This year’s market will feature over 50 local artisans and makers showcasing unique handmade goods, from Krampus-themed crafts to unforgettable gifts.

Don’t miss the chance to explore Ypsilanti’s vibrant local businesses while you’re in town for Krampusmrkt. Enjoy delicious food and drinks, browse independent shops and galleries, and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Krampus’ mischievous spirit will be making spirits bright (and maybe a little fright) throughout the market.

Embrace the darker side of the holidays and join us for a unique and festive celebration at Krampusmrkt!

Admission is free, and parking is available near the Freighthouse along Rice Street, as well as on Cross and River Streets.

Note: This is a dark and festive holiday celebration. Not all merchandise may be appropriate for children.
