September 29 (Thursday this year) is National Coffee Day. I’ve compiled the best Ann Arbor National Coffee Day Deals. As more deals/promotions are announced, I’ll update the list.
Personally, I’m not a coffee drinker, so I’ll be steering clear of the coffee shops Thursday. I do love a good Chai Latte, hot chocolate, or apple cider. Likewise, my daughter also enjoys a hot chocolate (hot or frozen), apple cider, iced tea, or other beverage. Our favorite places to get them are Biggby, Sweetwaters, and Espresso Royale.
There are several places offering deals for national Coffee Day. I’ve gone through a couple of national deal lists and pulled out places that we have locally (Parade, USA Today, and Consumerist) and checked the social media for several local shops. Many of the deals are available chain-wide at Participating Locations.

- Dunkin Donuts – Celebrate Dunkin Donuts 66th birthday with a medium coffee for $0.66 – 608 S. Hewitt Rd, Ypsilanti
- Biggby Coffee – Free modifiers – extra shots, whipped cream, adding flavors, or adding Zip!

- Starbucks – For each cup of Mexico Chiapas coffee sold at participating Starbucks on National Coffee Day, Starbucks will give a farmer in need a free coffee tree.
