EMU Theatre is hosting a touring production of The Snowy Day and Other Stories by Ezra Jack Keats. It is recommended for ages 4+.
Follow Peter from a young boy into adolescence as these beloved stories transport us through his discovery of newly fallen snow, an encounter with local bullies, and taking the risk of inviting a crush to his birthday party. Using shadow puppetry and light play, the sense of joy, and the wonder & wishes of childhood are all captured in this charming adaptation of Ezra Jack Keats’ award-winning children’s book. Join in on the fun as Peter ventures into the snow, new friendships and the magic of imagination!
Tickets are $6/general admission. There are 3 shows – Friday, April 24 at 7p and Saturday, April 25 at 10a & 2p
