Event Description

Join Keegan Rodgers of The Lakehouse Bakery for a tomato bonanza! Summer means tomatoes everywhere: gardens overflowing, farmers’ markets stacked, CSA boxes you can’t keep up with. The group will demo a simple scratch tomato sauce that scales however much (or little) tomato you’ve got, plus practical ways to put the harvest to work and stretch summer flavor into winter. No canning equipment required.

Bring your appetite — there will be tastes!

The Library will be providing a live stream of this event and the library intends to make it available for future viewing. A video player will appear on the library’s event page 1 hour before the start of the event.
