This event celebrates the launch of D4L: Exploring Design for Longevity by Sheng-Hung Lee and invites the participants to engage with new perspectives on aging, longevity, and long-term well-being. The book explores longevity planning, service design, and systems thinking as approaches to support individuals and communities across the lifespan. The program will feature a short presentation by Sheng-Hung Lee, followed by a moderated discussion with invited experts on designing cities, services, and communities for longer lives.
Sheng-Hung Lee, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Urban Technology and Director of d-mix lab at the University of Michigan. His research bridges design, technology, and service systems to advance Design for Longevity (D4L) and systemic societal impact.
This event is in partnership with the University of Michigan – Urban Technology Program + d-mix lab.
