If you’ve ever imagined being a scientist, join Science Club at the Saline District Library! This is for kids to try different sciences through hands-on activities.
This month’s presenter is Huron-Clinton Metroparks for a fun journey into our watershed!
Join the Huron-Clinton Metroparks for an interactive demonstration exploring stormwater, water coming from heavy rain and snow. Explore how stormwater shapes our environment using an interactive watershed model. Take a journey with a fish as it travels along our local rivers and see how human activity impacts its path. Then, plant a native seed to take home and learn how you can help protect our waterways.
Ages 8-12. Registration required.
There is an earlier section for ages 5-7 at 4:30p.
