Join UM Lecturer and theatre artist Emilio Rodriguez for a Latin Social Dance/Music workshop featuring original music from the upcoming musical Salomé from the Black and Brown Theatre. The musical celebrates Caribbean and Puerto Rican folklore and will premiere at the Riverside Arts Center in March.
This workshop is for all ages, including families. Participants will learn the dances at a level suitable for all learners. Whether a dancer, a mover, or a wallflower, all are welcome.
This workshop is presented with the support of the Culture Source Washtenaw Artist Grant.
