Washtenaw County’s annual Ice Carving Festival is returning to County Farm Park this February. Watch as beautiful works of art are carved in real time. This year’s theme? Winter games!

Carvings representing classic games of the season will be on display. Take a tour of pre-carved designs, or watch as these icy works of art are chipped, cut, and chiseled. There will also be plenty of photo ops with interactive sculptures.

This family event has games for the kids, and the young at heart. Can you sink a disc golf putt in winter weather? Or, you can try your luck at curling – a classic winter game!

Local favorite food trucks will be on hand, selling refreshments… including those of the warm and caffeinated variety! There will also be crafters from the area (and beyond) selling their works of art.

This event is free and open to all. Come on out for some craft shopping, family games, and frozen art at the 2026 Ice Carving Festival!
