Writers are passionate about getting their books published, but there are bad apples everywhere, and publishing scams are legendary. In this workshop, Bethany Neal and Alex Kourvo will offer tips for writers to build connections with other writers, set goals, overcome perfectionism, and ensure you finish your writing projects.
This event is part of the monthly Emerging Writers Workshops, which offer support, learning, and advice for local authors. Each month, two weeks after the workshop, there is a meet-up where the instructors are available to review samples of your work and offer advice and assistance in a casual, supportive atmosphere.
For teens & adults. Event held in the West Side room
