Event Description

A summer series of morning gatherings for families to slow down, practice mindfulness, and enjoy some unhurried time in the park. The intention is equal parts mindfulness and community — a chance to connect with other parents and kids in a relaxed outdoor setting, waking up our awareness powers while we have some fun together.

Each morning is organized around the park itself — a pavilion for gathering, open trails for walking, and space for kids to explore while adults practice. Rather than following a fixed schedule, you move through the space at your own pace, with guided mindfulness sessions offered at set times and the rest of the morning open. This format is built to support the ebb and flow of family energy — you can participate in any ways that fit your needs in the moment.

The thread running through it all is See Hear Feel — a simple, practical mindfulness technique you can use anywhere, anytime. Whether this is your first time encountering the practice or you’re returning to deepen it, you’ll leave with something real to bring home.
