This workshop gives an overview of how to turn old clothes into fresh, new garments using creative techniques that refresh your wardrobe while reducing waste. You will learn the difference between fast fashion and slow fashion, explore the concept of sustainable upcycling, discover how to identify clothing for recycling, select fabrics and essential supplies, take apart garments to create patterns, and assemble new pieces while applying practical tips for successful sustainable projects
