The UM Lloyd Scholars for Writing & Arts will carry vibrant luminaries inspired by monarch butterflies.
To celebrate UM Climate Week, the luminaries will process from Alice Lloyd Hall to the LSA Building.
The Festifools studio shared the information but did not specify the path they will take. Last year my daughter lived in Mosher Jordan which is next door to Alice Lloyd. There are two bridges that cross Washtenaw – one by Palmer Commons and one by UM Museum of Natural History. From there, they could stay on North University or cut through campus and the quad by the library. I would guess they will walk by the library
My best recommendation of where to watch the procession is either to start by Alice Lloyd or closer to LSA Building. I would probably try near the library.
