Agua Fresca is a great summer beverage. With fresh fruit and water, it’s a definite way to up your family’s beverage game over the summer. With Strawberry season right around the corner, Strawberry Mint Agua Fresca is a great choice.

Agua Fresca is a fresh water made with fruit and often sweetened with sugar. Agua Fresca is a perfect summer drink – light, fruity, and refreshing.
Fortunately, strawberries were on sale this week and I had plenty to use. We also grow mint, so I was able to pick fresh leaves to use.

Of course Strawberry Mint Agua Fresca is best made with fresh, local strawberries. There are two great ways to source local strawberries.

If you don’t want to take the time to pick your own strawberries, a Farmers Market is a great choice. There are Farmers Markets throughout the area almost every day of the week.

Recipe for Strawberry Mint Agua Fresca
Note: I only used 4 leaves of fresh mint since my daughter is not a big mint fan. I have written the recipe to use 6 leaves for a stronger mint flavor.
