News Updates from Ann Arbor Hands On Museum

The Ann Arbor Hands On Museum (AAHOM) just sent out their latest e-newsletter. There are several items of interest highlighted there.

From Bob the Builder

The Bob The Builder exhibit is gone, but they are having a Photo Contest. Upload your best photograph from the Bob the Builder exhibit to their Facebook Page for a chance to win a 1 year family membership (or a 1 year extension to your current membership).

Their next temporary exhibit will be Block Party. There will be thousands of foam bricks for building and inspiration from design, architecture and construction. The exhibit will open in early April and run through September.

Rise and Shine Time continues on Tuesday. They open 1 hour early (at 9a).

The museum is supporting the Rotary Club’s Food Drive through March 27. Bring your donation to place it in the box in the lobby.

April 6 is The Music Instinct: Science & Song. From 8a-4p, WRCJ 90.9 FM, Detroit’s classical and jazz music station will be broadcasting live from the museum.

Don’t forget to check out other upcoming events such as Professor Ray’s Everyday Science on April 3rd, 17th, & 18th, Sciencepalooza on April 11th & 12th and Members Night on May 5th.
