About Creative Connections

Arbor Psychology Group is offering a therapeutic arts-based summer camp, Creative Connections, for youth ages 11-14 years old. Through art, exploration and self-expression, campers will build resilience, discover new strengths, and connect with peers in a supportive environment. This engaging program will help adolescents navigate emotions, boost confidence, and develop lifelong skills. This group may be particularly beneficial for those who have challenges with anxiety, depression, and/or self-confidence.

The program will be led by clinical social worker Becky Gracia, LMSW who will lead participants through a variety of art projects, activities and exercises using drawing, collage, clay, paint, journaling, found objects and nature. Time will also be given for participants to engage in self-directed art. Weather permitting, participants will spend a portion of each day outdoors. Participants should bring lunch each day. Limited to 6 participants/week.
