The Motor City Comic Con is a family-friendly comic con that celebrates pop culture and brings celebrities from various fandoms to the event for meet & greets and panels (many require an extra ticket).

Enter (or just watch) the Cosplay contest. There’s even a separate contest just for kids. They’ve got a whole room for kids with activities.

• Artist Alley
• Anime Screenings
• New Dawn Kyber Squadron (Shows free, Classes $15)
• Sketch Duels
• You Are a Voice Actor ($5-10)
• Meet 501st Legion – Blast-A-Trooper & various workshops
• Ghostbusters Detroit – Greeting & Make Slime/Stay Puft Marshmallow Men
• PInball Zone ($1/game)

Children’s tickets are for ages 6-12. Children 5 & under are admitted free
