Event Description

Martin Luther King Jr. found militarism to be one of the three fundamental evils to equality in American Culture. How he defined this issue in the sixties to some extent remains the same, but things regarding his viewpoint have changed over the past 60+ years. Presented by Veterans For Peace local Chapter 93, this program will examine MLK’s original view and inquire into how the implications of militarism appear today.
