First Steps 11th Annual KidFest: A Family Concert for all ages starring Joe Reilly.

The First Steps PTO is delighted to announce this year’s KidFest on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 3:00 to 5:00pm!

Once again it is outside at a special location: Leslie Science & Nature Center,

Joe Reilly performs his fabulous family concert as the First Steps Early Childhood program celebrates 24 years of offering their wonderful program to families in our community. Join the fun and help us raise scholarship funds so more families can participate this year. There’s a lot happening at the 11th annual KidFest!

Arrive at 3:00pm to enjoy FUN hands-on family activities and check out the online silent auction
Joe’s concert is from 4:00-4:45pm

KidFest is entirely outside so be sure to bring blankets to sit on and snacks and water for your family. Folding chairs are welcome when placed at the back of the area. Please purchase tickets ahead of time so you receive helpful reminders. Tickets are also available onsite.

There is access to an inside bathroom and you can enjoy all that Leslie Science & Nature Center has to offer too.

Can’t come to the concert? You can still support the scholarship fundraiser through the Online Silent Auction. Bidding opens on Saturday, May 3 at 8am. Be sure to see all the great offerings and keep track of the ones you want. Bidding is all online and will close on Sunday, May 4 at 9pm.

If you’re a winner, gift cards and certificates will be mailed or emailed to the winners and all other items will either be picked up at the Westerman Preschool & Family Center, 2775 Boardwalk Dr or, if you live in Ann Arbor it might be delivered to your home. This will be arranged after you’ve been awarded the item.
