Explore the fundamentals of identifying and harvesting wild flora and fungi, and the abundance of natural Michigan ecosystems. Begin to unearth the ancient patterns of plants and mushrooms thriving in nearby forests and fields.
Educational and hands-on learning will introduce key characteristics of flora & fungi and sustainable foraging practices.
$10/person which helps cover cost for materials, curriculum planning, and instruction time. If cost is a concern please DM them- they offer volunteer opportunities and strive to offer quality wellness classes for everyone.
No prior experience or special equipment necessary; just bring yourself and a sturdy pair of shoes.
