Event Description

For 2025, Kindlefest continues its more traditional format. Artisan vendors will be back selling their holiday wares. There will also be traditional food and hot mulled wine outdoors.

Kindlefest Activities in Kerrytown

From 5-7p, there will be kids activities including Santa in the Farmers Market. The Balloon Lady (Jeanette Brenner) will be there making balloon animals

Live Music from 7-10p including Pioneer Choir (7p), Ann Arbor Concert Band (8p), and EMU Band (9p).

In Kerrytown, retail and restaurants will be open late to participate in the festivities.

And there will be 53 artisan vendors with holiday gifts and creations. Get food from one of the 6 vendors serving food – TeaHaus, Zingerman’s Deli, RiteSpice Kitchen, La Amapola, Tacos El Panda, and Simply Spanish.

Midnight Madness in Main Street Area

Main Street Area also offers shopping with shops open late and many offering deals. There will be a coat donation and swap, classic games & activities, silent disco, live music and more. Santa will also be visiting.

Midnight Madness in State Street District

The State Street District will also be participating in Midnight Madness. Select stores will be open late with promotions. Meet the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who on Maynard street from 6-9p. Michigan Theater will be showing Love Actually at 9:30p. Enjoy musical perofrmances from Skyline Blues (5-6p) and The Arbor Consort (6-7p). AAFD & AAPD will be providing free hot cocoa at Michigan Theater and Bivouac.
