Matthaei Botanical Gardens hosts free guided nature walks on select Wednesdays and Sundays.
Noticing Nature Head out on the trails to see how Fall is settling into the landscape. How does the transition to fall impact the natural world around us? How do we humans change as the days grow shorter and cooler? Create a field nature-journal filled with fall wonders that you will take home and use all season.
Walks are designed for all ages. If there is a large mixed-age group they may split into two sets to offer different levels of engagement. Adults must stay with their children.
No registration required. They recommend gathering 10 min early in the lobby of the Gardens.
