Water Hill Music Fest – Continued

For more than 10 years, Ann Arbor with Kids has been a reliable source of information for our community. We will continue to provide updates on events and activities that are open under government guidelines. This does not constitute an endorsement or a suggestion that we jump back into a “normal” way of life. Masks are encouraged if you are out in public spaces. During this time we encourage everyone to be informed and do what they feel is best for their own family. Where readily available we have shared social distancing precautions being taken by the event organizers. Please follow up with them if you have any questions.

Event Description

The previous organizers of Water Hill Music Fest decided to not continue the festival in 2019.

Scott Newell, owner of Big City Small World Bakery at 500 Miller Ave, decided to continue the festival in a smaller format. There will be music at the bakery and Spring St will be closed from Miller to Cherry. Some residents of Water Hill will also be playing music on their porches as in past years.

The music is free. There is no food or restrooms. The festival suggests Hunt Park as a good place to take a rest with a playground for kids, facilities, and picnic space.  Check out our Hunt Park Profile.
