Retreat is a series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park starting at 5p. It’s like an alternative happy hour enjoying a relaxing late afternoon workout. Sessions vary by the day and inlcude yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation and more.
Note these events are geared towards adults, but older tweens and teens should be able to join in.
