Pittsfield Township Parks & Recreation and Ann Arbor Jaycees have teamed up again to offer Spring Eggstravaganza. The event is free, but donations for Children’s Literacy Network are welcome.

There will be egg scrambles, the Easter Bunny, a small petting zoo, balloon crafters, face painting, games, and crafts.

See the announcement below for details:

Spring Eggstravaganza: co-sponsored by Ann Arbor Jaycees and Pittsfield Township Parks and Recreation.

This annual event features 3 rounds of Egg Scrambles to begin at 11:30am, 12:00pm, and 12:30pm and, for fairness and safety, will be divided by age group at each scramble. Each Scramble participant will receive a bag of candy. Guests will have the opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny, decorate baskets, visit a petting zoo and enjoy balloon twisters, music, face painting and games!

This safe and exciting outdoor event is held free of charge, but donations will be accepted to benefit The Children’s Literacy Network.

I hope next year this event will be held at Buhr park again. The shuttle was a nightmare. The bus might come every half hour or less often. The website didn’t work to figure out where to go. We ended up waiting forever for the bus and left before we even got to the event. My kids were disappointed.
