 start with a Not So Spooky Storytime at 1p for toddlers and preschoolers.\
 n\n\n\nAt 1:30p\, they will move to Campfire Stories for older kids (recom
 mended for ages 8-12).\n\n\n\nBoth sessions will include a Halloween theme
 d craft and treat.\n\n\n\nAfter the storytime\, trick or treat at particip
 ating Westgate businesses.\n\n\n\nThe event is free\, but RSVPs are reques
