DESCRIPTION:\nCome find lovely blooms popping up through the grasses and sp
 routing on the forest floor. LSNC invites families—especially mother fig
 ures!—and other individuals interested in learning more about our native
  spring wildflowers to join them for this event.\n\n\n\nYou will be treate
 d to a short presentation on local wildflowers and then get outside to see
  what is blooming! Then learn basic plant identification skills using fiel
 d guides as well as fascinating folklore surrounding some of these plants.
  \n\n\n\nFinally\, enjoy teatime with lemonade or iced tea and cookies. Yu
 m! \n\n\n\nEveryone is encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and also to enjo
 y the Critter House open hours (12–3 p.m.).\n\n\n\nThere are 2 time slot
 s 10:30a-noon\, or 12:30-2p. Registration is required.\n\n\n\n\n
