Practicing meditation/mindfulness can help the body and the brain in many ways. The research shows that meditation has been proven to decrease depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, and help with emotion regulation, concentration, focus, and memory. Meditation can also help improve blood pressure, stomach problems, pain management, and overall well-being.
