POSTPONED – Due to Air Quality Concerns, tonight’s concert will not be held. Next week will still be the annual Fourth of July concert. But, July 12 will now be a mashup of For the Kids and On Broadway.
Ann Arbor Civic Band holds a series of concerts on Wednesday evenings in the summer. Concerts are free. Bring your own blanket or chairs.
As in 2022, the concerts have been relocated from their traditional West Park location to Burns Park. The West Park Bandshell has been declared unsafe.
My daughter is hoping we can make the concerts this year. Last year they practiced at Buhr Park where she worked. Unfortunately she had few Wednesday nights off – except when we had other commitments.
