Event Description

The Maker Faire is held each July at The Henry Ford. Come explore the DIY inventions and innovations as well as hands-on workshops. Note: Exhibits are both indoor and outdoor – so be prepared to be outside. I suggest sunscreen and water.

Admission to Maker Faire is a separately ticketed event from either the museum or Greenfield Village. Your Maker Faire ticket is also valid for entrance into Henry Ford Museum.

Ticket sales start May 29. 2019 pricing will be announced then. 2018 pricing provided below for information.

Pricing is:

  • 1-Day:
    • Non-Member: $28/Adult (12-61), $26/Senior (62+), $19/Youth (3-11)
    • Member:  $14/Adult (12-61), $13/Senior (62+), $9.50/Youth (3-11)
  • 2-Day:
    • Non-Member: $47/Adult (12-61), $44/Senior (62+), $32.50/Youth (3-11)
    • Member: $28/Adult (12-61), $26/Senior (62+), $19/Youth (3-11)

Note: The event uses the parking lot for the Henry Ford. A free shuttle operates from the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s Fairlane campus (19000 Hubbard Dr, Dearborn).
