Event Description

While we rarely see them, owls in Southeast Michigan are much more common than people realize! Join Lake Erie Metropark to learn about these mysterious birds of the night.

You will hit the trail for a traditional owl prowl and play calls to attract some of these nocturnal birds of prey.

The trails used will vary between 0.75 – 1.5 miles of dirt, gravel, and boardwalk; and will be determined by trail conditions and activity.

For ages 8 & older. The event is offered on November 18 and 25th

Pre-registration required by 4p the day before
