DESCRIPTION:\nJoin Kensington Metropark for Maple's Sweet Story on Saturday
 s and Sundays from February 28-March 22\n\n\n\nTake a self-guided walk thr
 ough the sugar bush. Learn how to pick a tree\, and how they are tapped a
 nd sap is collected. Listen to an Anishinaabe storyteller to learn Native 
 American legends and techniques of maple sugaring. Then stop by the evapor
 ator to see and smell the sap being boiled down into maple syrup. \n\n\n\n
 Guided demonstrations will be going on regularly covering all aspects of t
 he process. Real maple sugar products will be available for purchase at th
 e Farm Center sales trailer and pancake breakfasts are available on-site a
 t the Farm Grille.\n\n\n\nTe program is free (except for vehicle entry fee
 ) and registration is not required.\n\n\n\n$10 daily vehicle entry fee or 
 $40/year.\n\n\n\n\n
