  you are between the ages of 8 - 12\, Matthaei Botanical Gardens invites y
 ou to a morning of Making\, Inspired by Nature\, Sunday\, August 16\, 10a
 m-1pm. \n\n\n\nDrawing on what we know and imagine about both ancient past
 s and distant futures to inform nature inspired making at Gaffield Childre
 n’s Garden. In addition to a Coming &amp\; Going station\, you are invit
 ed to make cool stuff\, artistic artifacts\, and simple machines using nat
 ural and foraged materials\, simple tools\, and your own naturalist and sc
 ientific imaginations. \n\n\n\nThis is a pilot program – no registration
  required\, but please check in at the Coming &amp\; Going station at the 
 Gaffield Children’s Garden Tree Tunnel. Your adults can participate or c
 hill out nearby in Gaffield Children’s Garden.  \n\n\n\nNature Making
