 ening in observance of the Holodomor Day of Remembrance\, which commemorat
 es the forced starvation of Ukrainians by Stalin in 1932-33. \n\n\n\nA le
 cture by Tetiana Soproniuk of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocid
 e in Kyiv\, Ukraine\, will outline the active participation of the Ukraini
 an-American community in the controversial discussions with the UN Genocid
 e Convention and ratification by the U.S. Congress. \n\n\n\nThis will be f
 ollowed by a screening of the dynamic film "Holodomor: Minnesota Memories 
 of Genocide in Ukraine\," and a moment of silence for reflection.\n\n\n\nT
 his event is in partnership with the Ukrainian National Women's League of
