For more than 10 years, Ann Arbor with Kids has been a reliable source of information for our community. We will continue to provide updates on events and activities that are open under government guidelines. This does not constitute an endorsement or a suggestion that we jump back into a “normal” way of life. Masks are encouraged if you are out in public spaces. During this time we encourage everyone to be informed and do what they feel is best for their own family. Every year the Michigan Theater hosts the Holiday Classic Film Series. They are able to host the series in 2020 with some modifications for COVID-19 social distancing.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Check out the Michigan Theater’s COVID safety plan with some items highlighted below.

• Pre-purchase tickets. The system will dynamically create a bubble around your purchased seats.
• 20% theater capacity
• Masks are required at all times
• Concessions are not sold for the movie. Carry-out concessions will be available after the show
• New air handling allowing for 100% outside air
• Cleaning between shows
• Guided traffic flow
